Charge overheating message

Tesla finally replaced our wall connector and solved the overheating problem. Defective part. They are having trouble finding more, sohadto be a pest to get it done.

FInally found solution to wall connector overheating. Electrician replaced aluminum wire with copper wire.

Ok. What about a copper wire?
Just got our replacement wall charger In the mail yesterday, will be putting it up this weekend.

customer service on the phone made it sound like we just replace the whole front piece and only leave the original back plate on the wall.
