Charge rate on 100 volt circuit

Has anyone in CA actually tested the charge rate with a 120v 15A outlet? There has to be at least one person!

Considering the aero wheels give the LR around 230wh/mi, I have trouble seeing it under 4 mi/hr in typical CA weather.
Charge rate is preset on 120v 15a regardless of car - its 120v * 12 amps (can't get all 15) = 1440 watts
MPH charge rate is only a guide and varies based on you you drive your car.

My M3 is charging at 6-7 mph using a dedicated 120 Volt 20 Amp circuit with the Gen 2 Tesla NEMA 5-20 adapter. Not great, and it’d take me two full days to charge 0-100%, but it’s all I could get at my rental!
