Charge Time Wrong

So according to my electric utility, MY is charging an hour earlier than it is supposed to. When I check the car it says it's scheduled to charge at 12:15am but according to my utility, it's charging at 11:15pm. This happened with the recent time change. I'm wondering if the utility is showing the wrong time on their end?

Check your app at 11:30PM and see if the car is charging.
