Charging around Kingston/Woodstock?

Did you check out Plugshare? They list a J1772 charger in Rhinebeck at the Art Bar. If you want to use a Nissan Dealer, I would call in advance and confirm their willingness to let you charge your non-Nissan vehicle. In my experience (in Virginia mind you) some have said yes for a fee, some have said yes for free and some have said no. Also check out allstays which lets you search camp grounds that have a 50 amp hookup. These are 14-50 outlets and give you closer to 30 miles of charge per hour verses the 1772 which is more in the 20mph range. Again, call in advance and see if they will allow you to charge and if there is a fee (flat rate -v- hourly).
