Charging faster than expected to?

I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. Recently there have been a couple times I check to see how much longer it will take to charge and it says "5 hours" and then a couple hours later I get the notification that charging is complete.

So last night I did a test to see just how much faster and whether or not I may be losing my mind. Before bed, I took this image of my app.

11 hours to go, 11:45PM. so it should be finishing at roughly 9:45 AM, right?

but then I get the ding at 6:28AM, 3 hours 17 minutes early.

I do realize that this doesn't mean I'm not losing my mind. Any thoughts on why she's completing charging early?

(And yes, I typically only charge to 60% if I'm not planning on going anywhere beyond a hundred miles that day.)

The voltage in your neighborhood may also go up somewhat in the wee hours of the morning, when there isn’t much load on the grid. For my HPWC, I usually see 246v at 11:30PM but it goes up to 250 after 1:00 AM. But a few volts isn’t enough to shorten your charge time that much.
