charging going red

Any one have any trouble with your Tesla charging cable constantly going from blue to red? When I plug it into my Y the car shows blinking red I unplug at my outlet, than I plug it in again and it works fine.
Any help appreciated

If this is a 120V/15A receptacle (standard home outlet) try a different outlet.

Also, make sure the power plug adapter is fully inserted into the Mobile Connector chassis.

There are status lights on the Mobile Connector chassis. How many red, blinking lights do you see?
