Some time ago (2014) I created this thread:

I have seen some members post comments saying they don’t have home charging, which may be because they live in an apartment building like I do. This thread outlined my experience in getting my Tesla charge connector installed in my apartment car space and may give some clues on where to start with your Owners Corporation Committee.
More recently I have been talking to a company about how we can improve the efficiency of the building and they put my name forward to talk at an online Webinar being organised by North Sydney Council as apparently I am one of only a few people to successfully do this.

Much of this would be relevant to any apartment dweller in Australia and New Zealand and the online format means anyone can attend next Thursday at 6:30PM Sydney time.
