Charging in Munich: SWM

We are visiting Munich this coming week. Unfortunately the Hilton Munich City we are staying at doesn’t have their own parking garage and there are no chargers at the hotel. The only nearby chargers are the ones from the Munich public utility SWM.

I went as far as trying to start the charger remotely and stopped when it asked for my paypal account.
Does anyone know or have experiences with these chargers?

We are here in Munich now. I can confirm the SWM chargers take PayPal payment. They can be started with a browser. Once the payment goes through the little gate over the connector opens and it gives you two minutes to plug your cable in.
The charge session cost seems like a flat rate of 7EUR and we charged about 50kw during the session. The charge was the standard 3 phase at 24A which is the limit on our car.
