Charging Issues

Hi,

Since the latest software updates I can’t charge the car. I use the mobile charger and it’s saying it doesn’t rwcognise it. I’m going to the local supermarket to see if it charges.

Anyone else had issues?

Can we rule out the supply/socket you are using ... and have you already tried a 2 button reset? I tend to think that we would have seen other posts by now if it was a known bug.

I am on 2023.32.9 with a 2021 M3LR. It is sitting charging nicely right now. There is a data reference point for you.

You need to do a few basics first to establish if it is the car or the granny charger. Turn it off and on again is the first thing. Two button reset. Plug in the charger in a different socket etc.
