I have a new model Y and have yet to receive a notification when it’s done charging. I’ve looked on my phone, the app and in the cars drop down menu to try to find the issue. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Open the app. Tap on the user icon in the top right corner. Go to Settings --> Notifications --> Vehicle. There you can enable notifications for charging started, complete, and interrupted.

I have done this for my model 3. Notifications set up on my phone. But I fail to get any. Are there any other settings in the app, car or on my phone. Everything is on in the phone in terms of allow notifications etc.
