Charging to higher level than setting

The Tesla notification says the car charged to 60% but inside the car the display says 63%. This has happened the last few times I charged and I varied the charge limit slightly but the same thing happens. The numbers just vary a little but the ending charge is higher in the car.

there was a similar thread here a few weeks ago where someone explained it. Can't remember what it was, but it was nothing to worry about. I think it was related to temperature or so.
