Clarity on multiple charging adapters

Hello, I'm trying to be clear on what charging adapters I need, before I buy superfluous items that could be purchased in an efficient one bulk purchase.

I'm confused as there are many different specifications and is inconsistent across sources.
My travelling is in a Tesla Model S 2016 in Australia, so I usually use the Tesla Superchargers and home/shop destination chargers.
Plugs I think I might need, from driving around and physically photographing are:

• 3 phase charger plugs (in the middle of nowhere some power points have 3 phase, but a non home power point plug).
• shopping centre non Tesla charger plugs (Carindale Shopping Centre for BMWs I have noticed).
• Queensland Electric Super Highway chargers (one of the world's longest electric super highways).
• type 2 to type 2 (or something like that?).

From numerous websites, the info I have gathered thus far is:
Single charge inbuilt in car. 11kW standard, 16kW needs upgrade if car compatible.

Adapters:​

Type 1: J1772 or SAE J1772.
Cost: $95 Tesla online.
Example: Carindale Shopping Centre chargers.
Level: 2.
Pins: 5.
Speed: 19.2 kW.

Type 2:


Type 3:

Level 1:​

240V 1.4kW
7.5 - 15 km/h.

Level 2:​

240V 3.3-7.4kW
18-40 km/h.

Level 2 fast:​

415V 11-22kW
45-120 km/h.

Level 3:​

DC fast charger
420 km/h.

I think I need the SAE J1772 adapter, only available on the US Tesla store.
Need to be sure 3rd parties have the correct adapter before buying. Will take more pics.
Also, a 3 phase connector might be handy, but probably cost a fortune.

I didn't see any J1772 connectors in your pictures, just CHAdeMO and IEC type 2.

I only buy adapters for places where I would typically charge - usually family members' homes when I am staying the night. It is uncommon to need anything other than a J1772 in the US to charge on public chargers. (Well, because Tesla doesn't have a CCS adapter in the US.) This is a bit of a drag, but not the end of the world as superchargers cover most everywhere I need to drive.

I didn't see any J1772 connectors in your pictures, just CHAdeMO and IEC type 2.

That BMW Chargepoint unit looks to me like it has J1772 handles. You can see the latch release button on top, which Type2 doesn't have.
