Clear search history on spotify

Hi,
Any one know how to clear the search history on spotify of Tesla Model S?
Oh, and is anyone figured out how to login the account associated with the car on desktop/phone Apps? It will be easier to create playlist, etc.

We don't have Spotify in North America, at least not yet, so there are far fewer folks able to answer such a question.

I want to do this without deleting drivers profile etc. I'm a bit embarrassed over some of my "driving home from work late at night " search...
