Clearing a notification

Hi all.

I took delivery of a car yesterday. It has a notification, which I've posted a picture of. Any ideas how to clear it? I can't get through to Tesla any more (they'd previously asked if I'd rebooted.. I have now and it hasn't helped).

Do you have a warning triangle on the top of the screen too? Tap that.
Works for me when I get warning about cameras obscured

Tried that, it just brings up the pop up you can see in the pic and doesn't clear it.

Guessing here ... do you have to acknowledge the appointment on the app perhaps?

This morning notification had gone, no action required.

It's actually quite common for various screen and/or message issues to resolve after the car has had a proper sleep. If things remain the same after a screen reboot it's always worth waiting at least for one lengthy undisturbed (no app access, no Sentry mode active) "deep sleep" period before taking further action.
