I don't find this to be true. Even on the centre screen graphic, where it displays where it thinks the centre line and curb are, it often is still well left of centre.

They have axed the luxury car tax on EV cars, which is worth the best part of £2k over 5 years. The 0% BIK deal is massive too, particularly as it'll target high mileage company car drivers. I'd say they're doing plenty.

Hi all. I took delivery of a car yesterday. It has a notification, which I've posted a picture of. Any ideas how to clear it? I can't get through to Tesla any more (they'd previously asked if I'd rebooted.. I have now and it hasn't helped). Cheers.

I had AutoXP. On the morning of my delivery, the tracking app changed to 'delivered' first thing with no sign of the car. I got a number to call from Tesla, and after a few calls finally got through to someone (who was lovely to be fair). She promised a call back with an update within an hour...

It actually arrived! The delivery app must have been psychic. Just taken it for a pootle and this thing is going to take some getting used to! Mind bendingly fast, and the regen braking is strange but intuitive.

I'm not hopeful, the tracking is now showing 'delivered'

Did you guys set up an account in advance, or did they do it as part of the delivery process? Sorry I keep asking questions on here, the tesla process is infuriatingly uninformative.

What was the experience like? I haven't test driven one, or even been in one, so when they dump it on the drive it would be nice to have some kind of intro to the car!

All I know is to have it done properly with decent wrap like Xpel Stealth it costs thousands. £3-4k for a full wrap, on the sites I've seen. I've thought about it in the past, but unless I had a supercar it doesn't feel worth it.

Yep, got the RN from Tusker and Tesla told me the rest. Standard spec M3P, in ubiquitous white/black. It was advertised as a stock deal from the start, and I couldn't amend the spec in any way.

Spoke to Tesla today, and not only do I have a VIN but a registration number as well! Only ordered through Tusker last week. Now my company just have to get their arse in gear, as the whole chain is waiting on their approval of my salary sacrifice request. I wish I wasn't so impatient :D

£520 per month net for a M3P with 10k miles. It depends on tax band etc, but your quote for a standard range sounds very expensive.

This isn't an issue with Tusker specifically. Not everyone who uses Tusker has their pension affected by the arrangement, we certainly don't see an effect. It's something that needs considering on an individual basis.

It's well known that the NHS deals are ridiculous and not really representative, and also that they're a minefield with the impact on pensions.

On salary sacrifice? Who through?! That would work out as £440pcm net (assuming higher rate tax) for a fully maintained and insured M3P, right? :eek: My Tusker M3P order is £520 pcm net, so not a million miles away...
