Clicking front wheel (video)

My front left wheel is making clicking sounds when turned either right or left and driving slowly. Straight driving or at higher speeds are silent.
I removed the aero cap in case that was the problem, but that doesn't change anything. Any ideas on what it could be?

If you have the car in hold mode, the creaking sound may be from the car applying brakes and your wheels being turned almost full lock. This is from the brakes rubbing on the rotor when wheels are turning. It happens to my car too, and likely all of them. If you disable hold mode and make sure brakes are not being applied and the noise goes away even when you do full lock turns, you can be sure this is the source of the noise.
Loud noise when turning in drive

There is also others reporting sounds that were caused by the tire manufacturer's sticker stuck between the bead of the wheel and the tires.
