Clicking noise returned

2018 Model S 75D. Car developed a clicking noise from under the centre of the dash about 6 months from new. Tesla repaired by riveting the bulkhead, all was good. I believe this is the repair

Anyway, noise is back! Typical car is now out of warranty. I think it's a design flaw and Tesla should repair again, what's the collective thoughts on this one please?

If you’re out of warranty and the problem was originally fixed 4+ years ago, I don’t think Tesla is obligated to fix it again for free.
