Collection headaches

Hi all

I'm a soon to be new owner but I'm having abit of a headache with the collection system, my vehicle is due to arrive at the Longbridge site on the 25th ive been offered collection from the 26th till the 30th.....my issue is I go on holiday from the 26th not returning till the 1st.....

I can collect on the 25th no worries I can collect on the 1st but the delivery advisor has told me it needs to be picked up by the 1st does anyone have any experience with getting them to bend there rules slightly....if it's going to get to them by the 25th I don't see a issue then ....but they have said no xD

You are allowed one change within their allowed 7 days or something like that - so you are still entitled to change the delivery date. Talk to a different person or if you ve ordered thro’ your local Tesla store ask them to help you - they can easily do that for you.
