I had the software bug (according to Tesla) that froze the charger connector in the port and wouldn't unlock. Tesla "T" was solid red.
They told me that you can manually release the connector by reaching into the hole in the left back of the inside of the trunk near the light and pulling GENTLY on the little tab while pulling on the connector handle. Worked.
