Today on our way back from the Napa to Sunnyvale, we wanted to watch some of the Blue Angel flights over San Francisco, so we looked up the nearest charging site on evchargermaps and found the Lombard Street Garage listed as having one SPI and one AVCON charger. We can use the AVCON with the adapter box we were carrying. When we got there, we found that the AVCON charger has been replaced by a Coulomb charger that is not yet in service (no power, no display). It wasn't even in the database for the Coulomb help desk. Bah! It didn't look like it was just installed yesterday, either. They should not be allowed to take out the old one unless the new one is ready to be used.
