Looking for some sympathy... installed my permanent plate after it arrived, three of four screws went in fine, fourth one cross-threaded and now I can't get it out. Tried all the tricks I know, still in there halfway and wonky.
Made an appointment for when I'll be up near the service center in a couple weeks for them to address it. I feel really dumb, as I worked as a detailer at a car dealership when I was in high school and installed/removed thousands of plates - I should know better.
