That is a top 5 run? No disrespect, but really? There doesn't seem to be enough straights for a top 5 finish but well done.

Thanks, that was a 1:30 flat, most times were between 1:30 and 1:40 with slower drivers beyond 1:40. A couple of GT cars and souped up autocross Porsches were in the high 1:20's I think the fast time of the day was 1:26 or 1:27 something, I'd have to go back and check. While there wasn't a lot of straights to flex the Beast's muscle, it is able to accelerate out of corners quickly, thus shaving time that I had to give up in the corners to navigate the course without knocking over a dozen cones.

Video available on YouTube here:

Approximately 35 Porsches in attendance plus 1 Cybertruck. Finished with a Top 5 time with just a single run.
No disrespect but this was slow AF...

If this is a top #5 time, the Porsche club in question is only 85+ year old members that can't drive anymore...

Which honestly is mostly the case in real life...When my buddies from local AutoX club or me are participating to those Porsche events there is no competition from Porsche folks excepts the ones actually members of the AutoX club.

The CT tires are only able to provide around 0.7-0.8 g in corners which is abyssimal for AutoX... The layout was pretty open vs what I'm used to, but still no way the CT would be able to compete with ANY Porsche on AutoX with equal drivers...

Cybertruck on a tight autocross course would initially be considered a fish out of water. Heavy, with large off road tires would normally be considered a disaster. Taking a 2nd look, a good driver could take advantage of the instant massive torque out of the corners, strong brakes, backed up by regenerative braking, some single footed precision and the bonus of Rear Wheel Steering.
Thanks for the video. Imagine that we will be seeing more and more Tesla on track videos as owners begin to figure out how to make them go fast.
