Hey,

I came off a curb at an awkward angle the other day and damaged the bolt in the undercarriage, not really sure what to do (if anything) about it. I've attached the bolt on the other side for contrast. Think it's worth taking to a body shop?

The bolt and washer don’t look damaged at all, just a little scraped. I’d not worry about it and drive on. I might cut/sand the plastic part that looks damaged to the point of disrupting airflow, but that’s because I’m anal and not because you’ll rerun any measurable amount of aero.

I was a little concerned that the bolt is now at a slight angle to the washer, and therefore it may have knocked it out slightly? I've read reports of people losing bolts entirely from the undercarriage! Didn't think of sanding the plastic though, that's a good idea - thanks!
