Dashcam Image Motion Distorted - Tesla says normal - look normal to you?

I have been trying to get Tesla to admit there is a problem with the Dashcam Video. They say this is normal - look normal to you?

As I could not load a video to this site, I downloaded it to my personal blog. Interestingly enough if I loaded the video to Facebook it played fine so I think Tesla has some type of codec problem. Anyways I don't think its the car.

Note - might need full computer to play video, iPhone won't play it or downsamples and then removes distortion.

I see no distortion. I used Windows to view it.

Yes, I think you’re right. I have 3 Macs and one of them is able to view this without a problem, but not the other two. Seems to be an incompatibility with the frame rate, Tesla uses 36 frames per second while 30 or 60 is common. Thanks for mentioning.

This looks normal on my Mac (running Sonoma, using Safari). Comparable to what I see in my MYLR when I play back dashcam clips.
