Hyperbole much? It's not that someone else got the update before you, it's that the CEO of Tesla on multiple occasions has said FSD purchasers from back when would get in the Early Access Program, he even had a tweet responding to someone asking about it and he said he would take care of it. No car is perfect, but there are things Tesla can do AT NO COST to keep their customers happy and to uphold the promises they made.

As for the OP, well Tesla doesn't really share much about how much battery degradation you are getting, and sometimes what appears to be battery degradation is actually just the system not calibrated to your battery based on how you charge it, at least for the Model 3. There are different issues with older Model S/X cars that is a whole different other story.

By the tweet, Elon said "Priority / Early Access". Are "priority" and "early access" in that tweet synonymous? Or does "Early Access" actually mean "Early Access Program" The only thing that is really defined is the Early Access Program...but even that program doesn't guarantee that someone in it will get EVERY EAP release.

Also, I don't really know what you want here...do you want the "latest" update before everyone who doesn't have FSD, or do you want the EAP releases? Because those are two VERY different things. You could get the EAP release right when it comes out and then sit there while everyone else gets 1, 2, 3, or more releases that have features that you on your EAP release don't have.
