Unless I'm missing something, currently the ordering and delivery forums are model-specific. In some cases that makes sense (like for model-specific timelines or features) but in some cases it doesn't (like for the used ordering and delivery process, which applies equally to all models). Given that there are frequent changes to Tesla processes and enough people are dissatisfied with aspects of Tesla's customer service (at least with ordering and delivery, based on what I've read), it would be helpful to have a non-model-specific customer service forum.
