Mostly right.
There are some service centers that I believe that do not do deliveries. They do have certain ones that are Delivery Centers also. I am not sure the exact number, but I think if you live more than 100 miles from one of them, Tesla might bring the car to you.
Please remember, Tesla is a very fluid company, and does change their policies often. I would not count on what they do now to be exactly the same 18-24 months from now.
