Delivery Question (Bank Draft)

I have a question for those of you that took delivery with a Bank Draft. My appointment is for next week and I have a bank draft along with "cash" down payment to bring with me. The Bank Draft is basically a blank check (pre-approval) for my loan that needs to be filled out at pickup and bank called for a PIN. Has anyone had this situation at delivery? Was it pretty straight forward? I asked the ISA about it and he seemed like he personally dealt with these, and there should be no issues. I just want to be in and out as fast as possible since it's going to be a 3 hour drive to my delivery location. Thanks for any advice.

Navy Fed does this. Very painless. My delivery specialist had me write each item line by line on the check before signing it, and whoever was in charge of securing the funds for Tesla (in the back room) made the call to get the PIN. Took an extra few minutes but it went smooth.

If it’s a large credit union like Navy FCU they hotline is probably open everyday. Just confirm that your credit union will accept calls during your delivery time— if it’s during normal operations for a car dealership, you're going to be fine.

Yup mine is Navy Federal. Good to know. I was really mostly worried about them being like. Oh we have to wait for this to "clear" or something along those lines.

My credit union gave me a check to fill in too. My ISA said that was fine.
