Did I get bumped?

Last two weeks - was told I'd be picking up my model 3 on the last day of the quarter at the International Center in Mississauga (on website).

Yesterday my delivery advisor reached out me and introduced himself.
Today my Delivery date is gone - replaced with the dreaded Sept-Nov listing and the edit link is back.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I wouldn't worry just yet as they've had lots of glitches with website stuff.

The fact that you got a call from the delivery advisor sounds promising.

When I got that the ball started rolling, and the delivery date time frame was completely irrelevant. It said Oct-Dec, and I picked it up in late August.
 
Not a call but email (I guess they are swamped)

After months and months of radio silence, 20-30 minutes on hold with customer service and having to repeat my story each time over and over again I now have a customer service specialist with a phone number and extension who answers and replies right away and then follows up.
She scheduled my delivery for October 8 accommodating the week I am out of the country travelling and told me that a local delivery specialist should be reaching out to me a few days before my delivery date but If I don’t hear from him, I should call her directly and she will Make sure I hear from him !
Wait, there’s more.
I told her that I had ordered the HPWC online about 3 weeks ago and never heard anything other than “we have your order and will let you know when it ships” since then radio silence. I called customer service 2x, sent various emails asking about status - and nothing. Crickets. She said she would look into it.
May be just a coincidence, but about 2 hours ago I received an email that my charger has shipped!
I think I’m in love.
