Did They Cap my Charge?

I noticed that for the past month or so my max charge at home went from 229 now to about 219, 220. I have a 70D. Did they cap my battery as well?

Keep in mind that the weather has been colder. Our new Raven S charges to 246-248 at 90%, but only to 242-244 during the winter. Car is garaged. What I noticed though is, if I came back from a trip or skipped a day of charging so that the battery needs more time to recharge to 90% then it would hit 246, even in cold climate. I attribute this to having five hours to slowly charge and warm up the battery (thus improving range) compared to the usual 1-2 hour daily charge to 242.

Batterygate is 85s and lower, ie 60 & 70, but not the 75 which is a facelift car. I have a confirmed capped 70.

Of course it depends what you mean by capped. My 'capped' means reducing the size of my battery. Which only applied to pre facelift 60/70/85 batteries.

If your capped means capped chargespeed, then that seems to be happening to any model, any battery size.
