After owning model 3 for more than one year, I did the cabin air filter myself. Tesla manual recommend cleaning brake and caliper after one year in area of lots of salt road during winter driving.

Did it myself when I pulled the calipers to paint them. If you have a jack and a couple of wrenches, you can do it in about a half hour per side. YouTube is your friend.

I just got the brakes on my 2020 M3 that I bought last July. Figured I'd do it at the end of every winter when I'm getting the summer wheels put back on.
