Hello there,
got a limp mode during a last drive. "Insufficient cooling to the drive inverter is detected". The car limited inself to 63 MPH.
Arrive home. left the car for an hour and error gone. Took the car for a vigorous drive again - no issue.
Tesla service centre visit or wait and home it will not repeat itself ever again?

Definitely take it to a service center. There are many kilos of mass to heat up, so a single vigorous drive might not have had time to overheat the inverter/motor assembly. The ambient temperature will also have played a role, presuming that your second drive was in the evening.
