Do 2013-15 Cars still get Updates?

Anyone know why I only have one FOB available to link to a driver's profile? I wanted to set one for my wife and one for me. But, only FOB1 shows up. And no matter which FOB I take to the car, it does the profile of the user I currently have FOB1 set to. I have toggled the FOB1 from my wife to me, but the behavior remains the same for both FOBs.

It only lets you link a fob in/near the car. Go trade fobs with your wife and you'll see hers show up to link.

And make sure you only bring one fob with you at a time and that you unlock the car with the fob.
