Trying to add a new (used) car to my account. It’s at a dealer, it’s been released from the previous owner, I submitted the paperwork but I’m also 1500mi away- I wanted to add it before I got there to be sure I’d be able to supercharge on the trip home (and possibly make an appointment at the local SC for a repair before I travel back.)
The salesman tried to do it over the phone with me and said the car is saying no WIFI no LTE, it’s in an urban area and they tried connecting to WiFi also, same errors. Does my phone need to be near the car for security?
