Does Model 3 US Highland version have the dumbed down sound system?

Since the price of the US version of the Model 3 Highland (that just went on sale in the US) is the same as the old version, I assume it will not be getting the premium 17 speaker two sub-woofer sound system? If it does, that would make it an even more attractive purchase!. I believe the fog lights are integrated into the new headlights? So does the new version get fog lights as well?

The Tesla website today now shows the RWD auto system has 9 speakers and no sub-woofer. I believe that is the same as our 2023 Model 3 RWD??
