the website says that the standard range is excluded. do they mean the standard range plus as well?

SR+ isn’t excluded. They honestly would just rather not sell SR anymore and they make it as inconvenient as possible if you actually want to buy one.

The SR is the only one that doesn’t have autopilot. I would assume that most of the people who order the SR don’t upgrade to autopilot since if they did they would almost be at the price of an SR+. Since autopilot is pure profit to Tesla they are likely willing to take a very skinny financing deal. So I could see why they would exclude the SR model. It’s too skinny for them.

Try posting the question in the SR/SR+ waiting room thread. There are 5,000 posts there from people who bought the SR/SR+ models. There is bound to be someone there who has tried to price match their rate.

I priced matched my rate with my SR+. I didn't have any issues, just sent the email with the required rate match documentation and they got back to me in 30 minutes telling me all was done.
