Does tesla have an official website where users can suggest and vote on feature requests?

I work for a large tech company and we have something like this that has been helpful for prioritizing and guiding the next features we work on.

No, but you can tweet at Elon, he'll say "sure!", Elecktrek will publish an 800-word article on this new feature that is coming, and then nothing will happen.

For such a customer focused company like Tesla, it’s surprising that they don’t already have this.
However, given some of the suggestions in places like any Tesla forum I can also see why they don’t

Yup, for instance, I would like to have a display option that shows both the battery percentage and estimated miles remaining instead of needing to toggle between both in the nested menu. I don't Tweet.

Agree - or at least (1) a simple way to toggle by (say) tapping the display and (2) a way to change them in the phone app.

Not exactly what you're looking for but I have always just held in the right button, said bug report, and then said my idea.

You used to be able to leave feedback via your Tesla Account on their web page. You'd go to your car page and there would be a form where you could basically send them an email. One of the topic selections was "Feedback". They've since redesigned the Account page and looks like they removed that form.

Now there's a similar form outside of your account on their support pages (accurate as of this post - May 28, 2020):

    Tesla SSO – Login

You can choose: Vehicle & App Features, which gives you a secondary dropdown with options:

    Software & Firmware
    Tesla App
    Autopilot & FSD
    Touchscreen
    Bluetooth & Key Fob

This isn't as flexible as the old form, where you can just choose "Feedback" and send them a message. Looks like they are trying to bucket their support inquiries into rigid categories for better reporting. But for most issues, you can probably just use Software & Firmware and then leave your feedback.

You can also get to this page from the phone app by clicking the settings gear icon in the upper left > Account > Get Support, scroll all the way down till you see the CONTACT US button. Notice the app just takes you to their website.

To be fair- it's about 50/50 if it actually happens when he says sure.

    easy entry, joe mode, etc...

It has been stated before on this forum, in other threads, that this feature simply captures car logs at the time an event occurs. These logs are saved locally on the car, they do not get sent to Tesla, and are only reviewed when/if you have the car serviced (by Tesla of course). I know @Knightshade has commented on this several times and has provided some in depth knowledge on what this feature does.

A little more color on how the audio "bug report" feature works. : teslamotors

"It logs the things mentioned above on your car, and when the service tech opens the logs when you bring the car in, the bug report is there, it doesn't send it over LTE/wifi unless they remotely check the car."

Yup...a number of folks including SC employees and Green have confirmed bug reports just sit on the car- nothing is sent to Tesla (though the SC can access it remotely if you open a ticket for service that's relevant)

He mentions it here for example as a contrast to the new icon some folks were getting to send AP errors that DOES send something to Tesla unlike the bug report feature-

It's not official, and I have no idea if anyone from Tesla actually looks at it, but MoreTesla.com is basically a public repository of feature requests and votes
