Got a text asking me to pick up my car in Edinburgh on Friday the 13th at 11:30am. I told them that I couldn't do it as I live nearly 200 miles from Edinburgh. They then offered me Monday the 16h at 14:00. I accepted the appointment and get a text on the the 10th confirming the date and time and asking me to answer yes or no. I of course answered yes.
Fast forward to now, just got a text asking me to pick up the car on the 13th at 11:30. Will have to phone them tomorrow and see if I can still pick it up on Monday.

The good news is that it has at last arrived!
It's got your name on it.
You know the registration in plenty of time and they have no excuse for it not being charged to a reasonable level.

Out of curiosity how did you end up nominating (or it being chosen on your behalf) a delivery location 200 miles away from you?

I asked if it could be delivered to my home, they said no.
I asked if it could be delivered to Aberdeen, 40 miles from where I live. They said the nearest delivery centre to me was Edinburgh, 200 miles away.
