Door not latching when closing

Got a 2016.5 Model s and the door when closing isn't latching causing it to pop back open. It takes a few tries to get it to latch. It very random, sometime it takes 0,1,2 etc attempts.

I ordered the door handle repair kit from Aliexpress but not sure which part might be causing this issue.

Having the same issue with passenger front door on 2023 MS. First noticed window would not fully close after closing the door. Then noticed door would not latch when closed, shut door, door pops back open like latch is in closed position. Takes 1, 2, 3 or 4 times to close the door, then fully close the window with window switch. Also noticed door glass has scratched the black door trim.

Car has been at the dealership for 3 days and still not fixed. See repair progress notes attached.
