Door Weatherstripping normal?

Picked up an used model s and notice that both rear door Weatherstripping are coming off near the bottom of the door opening. Is this normal or anyway to fix this by taping it back down?

mine is like that upon taking delivery. I think its glued on. I just pushed the rubber seal towards the door frame couple times. It's been more than a month so far no further issue.

Thanks, I got younger kids and I can see them having their shoe caught on it and end up pulling the whole thing off.
