Driver seat resetting itself

I recently got an update along with a service visit and also a new fob since I lost my spare. I've noticed that when I placed the car in park, the driver's seat resets itself and moves very far back. I was wondering if anyone has the same issue and if there's a way to resolve this. It's a bit annoying to have the seat move every time I place the car in park. Could it be that I may have the lost fob in the car?

Called the service center and they advised to reset the car. seat resetting is gone! guess it was a glitch.
