Dualmotor emblem parallel to hatch crease?

I found this measurement online and was wondering if someone can confirm whether the 4” measurement is parallel along the emblem to the crease in the hatch from where the 4” measurement is taken?

I haven’t had the dualmotor emblem on since the wrap and stuck on a black one. I like it but want to confirm if I’ve placed it right. I somewhat eyeballed it with 4” in the middle only.

On my MYP, the trunk line to the red under line is about 3 and 3/4in so I would say 4 inches is close

Is it parallel along the entire emblem from that crease though?

^ Thanks for this. I am going to assume it's parallel. The tricky thing with photos of course is depending on the angle, things can appear parallel even though they are not.

That'd be sweet. I'm super OCD.

Our Model 3 is obviously not parallel and that crease looks curved due to the actual curve in the panel. I'm skeptical that it's parallel.
