Anyone know if there is a time limit to getting them addressed? I have a tiny trim issue on one of my doors that I've just been too lazy to address. I had planned to do it when I had Tesla install my winter tire set, but then they had to go be all nice and efficient and install them right in my garage with mobile service, so I have yet to see the inside of a service bay with this thing (two months in).

Don’t wait for them, they will never call. Once you schedule an appointment, they will call/email you and ask for pictures. I waited for them for a week and no one has ever reached out when I had a due bill.
