EAP Discount due to lack of USS? Anyone asked Elon?

Anyone tried tweeting Elon to ask about this? He has his hands full killing Twitter but it seems logical to me to discount EAP for USS-less cars?

He doesn’t discount FSD in Europe despite it doing virtually nothing, so I doubt he’s going to do it for EAP for 2hat he claims is just a transient situation.

FSD and EAP are much cheaper in Europe because they are limited. Granted you could argue they should be even cheaper due to offering very little value but that’s another discussion.

Certainly Tesla see the USS transition as transient so aren’t going to give a discount, and people were given the option not to complete their purchase due to lack of USS. But if it were a subscription you would have a valid claim to a discount during the months of missing features.

Not proposing a long term discount, but for e.g. 1 - 3 months or until lack of USS not a problem, seems like a great way to sell EAP? I have to assume that a tiny, tiny percentage of owners buy it and even less FSD? I would never pay £3400... but £1700? Maybe. I tweeted Elon just now

Wouldn’t buy it for my existing car… but am getting a new RWD soon and the “new car + new buttons” effect would make me consider £1700! But yeah even that is outrageous.
