Edit button?

Hi everyone. I am new here and just ordered 2 weeks ago after I rented a M3 while on a vacation. Obviously I am over excited like everyone else.

I see a lot of talk about a button in your account to edit your design and if there is not one then you can use a URL to get back into your configuration. I cannot see where an edit button is and if I use the URL it just goes to my account page where I can click the manage button.

Am I missing something obvious or have they removed the ability to change your config?

Mine went away today, so either it is no longer there for anyone or we have both been assigned a VIN (or some other kind of progress)

It’s only available if you want to give Tesla more money. ie change your order to performance version or something along those lines.

Your car has probably been located or built now. So can’t change configuration.

Thanks for the replies. I only ordered 2 weeks ago. I would not have thought it possible they already did something like locate or build a car but if that is it I will be very happy as I am concerned about not getting it by year end for the tax credit at the full amount.

It's on one of the screens after you select "manage"

If you have chosen to pay with cash it will not show up for some reason.

Mine disappeared today as well. I placed the order about two weeks ago as well. I am paying cash so I’m not sure if your finance choice affects it.

Hopefully getting that VIN soon!

Yeah, I think it was always a link. I was looking for a different button initially, based on how it's referred to here.
