I owner Model Y, bought in 2020. I purchased($2199.00) extended warranty from this Empire Auto Protect company after scanning reviews. Recently I had to claim a repair. It's been more than 3 months since repair is done. They never issue the reimbursement check.
It's complete Scam. Scam, scam.... stay away.
They never pay a single penny. Just learnt that they don't send you prorated amount, even if you cancel.
