about 10-90 seconds depending on the condition of the system, with a system in good condition the buzzer will only go off upon the pre-trip test @ approximately 60 lbs and the brakes automatically Set, Generally speaking the air system will hold air for days while parked, if you take care of the truck the way the law requires.

Back of the envelope math, about 600 kW. That is assuming 60 mph and taking some losses in the motor, inverter, rolling resistance, but there could be more losses (such as wind) bringing that number lower.

Automatic chains are the only way to go, no parking and subjecting yourself to the elements, the possibility of being hit by another vehicle.
