Looks like along with the MX ESA plans, there were changes to MS as well.
Vehicle Warranty
2 year ESA is $2,100 if bought within 6 months of in-service date, $2,600 after that
4 year ESA is $4,250 if bought within 6 months of in-service date, $4,750 after that
And according to the FAQs, it appears that 2nd+ owners are now eligible to buy it, and not just the first owner.
