In March 2016 I bought another set of 19" Cyclone wheels new from Tesla after they told me that it's common to have 2 sets of wheels: one that holds the winter tires and the other for summer tires. Because unmounting and mounting the tires all the time wouldn't be good for them. In hindsight I would consider this a mispurchase because my tires are getting worn down faster than the change of seasons and therefore a 2nd set of wheels doesn't make much sense. 
Anyway, to make a long story short: I'm selling my "old" 19" Cyclone wheels. They were in use for 44.000 km and they are original from my 85D which was ordered in 06/2015 and delivered in 08/2015.
Two of the wheels have a damage as you can see on the pictures below. I guesstimate Tesla will charge about 175 EUR per wheel to fix them. Other places can probably do it cheaper.
You can pick them up at my place in Frankfurt, Germany or I can deliver them to you. It depends on where you live but any country around Germany should be fine. Maybe even farther. Just let me know where you live and I'll tell you if I can deliver there.
My worn down winter tires are still mounted on the wheels and the wheels will be delivered like this, so you will have to dispose the tires or do whatever you want with them.
Pricing: I don't have an exact target price in mind, but I can tell you that I paid 4278 EUR incl. 19% VAT (3595 EUR excl. VAT) in March 2016 for my new set including mounting. I'm attaching parts of the March invoice here for you to see.
