Euro Spec sideview aspheric exterior mirrors

Has anyone been able to grab a set of mirror from Europe and installed them into the US? Just the left side mirror.

No I don't want aftermarket because auto dimming is disabled/missing.

Any euro friends out there willing to help source one out?
